Frequently Asked Questions


Q: Are your pens and markers really molded and assembled in the United State?
A: Yes, every product we sell is molded and assembled in the United States. On each item you can see proudly displayed "Made in USA."


Q: Do you imprint on your pens and markers?
A: No, we do not imprint on any of our products. If you are interested in one of our products, but would like custom printing, please e-mail us at customerservice@minutemanpen.com and we can recommend companies that print Minuteman products.


Q: Do you offer pens with blue ink?
A: Currently, we are only offering blue ink on bulk packaging, but please e-mail us at greg.shea@minuteman.pen if you are interested in a smaller quantity of blue ink pens, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.


Q: Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from Minuteman?
A: No, you do not need an account with PayPal when you are purchasing. PayPal allows you to purchase using a credit card even if you do not have an account with them.


Q: Are you able to do custom colors?
A: Minuteman Pen offers two different options for custom colors. The first is a unique combination of standard colors. Rotary Pen's list of standard colors includes some common colors not currently offered on Minuteman Pen (e.g. green, orange, purple, etc), so please contact us for details. The minimum purchase quantity for a unique color combination is 5,000 pens.

The second option is a custom color-match. If there is a certain color shade you are interested in, we can have it matched for you. The minimum quantity order is 25,000, with a color-matching fee of $200. For orders of 50,000 or more, we will waive the color-matching fee. Please email us at customerservice@minutemanpen.com with any inquiries.


Q: How are you able to keep your prices so competitive?
A: By supplying you directly from the manufacturer, we minimize expenses and that savings is passed on to you.


Q: Can I pay by check?
A: Currently Minuteman Pen only accepts credit cards.


Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. The link is located above. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.


Q: What are the shipping options?
A: Products sent from Minuteman's facility ship via USPS. Products sent directly from Rotary Pen will ship via UPS. Minuteman Pen does not charge any handling fees.


Q: Why do I owe tax if I live in New Jersey or Virginia?
A: Since Rotary Pen and Minuteman Pen are located in New Jersey and Virginia, resident of those states are required by law to pay tax at the time of purchase.
